Why heavy smokers smoke?
Recently I noticed that one of my clients (let's call her Mary for the sake of this article) in my teaching profession was going through a stage common among people who want to quit, and finally escape the addiction to nicotine, where they begin to feel frustrated, angry, desperate, sad, or angry with themselves who smoke. Why did Mary have to smoke all the cigarettes in such a short time? Even when Mary and most smokers know how bad for them, yet continue to have bouts of chain smoking. Some smokers smoke cigarettes on for weeks, months or years. Why? The real answer Smoking is Mary and others who do this, are trapped in the realms of addiction to nicotine. First, that smoking is actually doing something good to them (see my Post excuses), while in fact doing the opposite. And smoking a cigarette helps them overcome a kind of boredom in the eyes of a smoker is apparantely physically fixed with a cigarette, when the true fact that boredom is actually a mood.
Mary and all smokers are being constantly deceived by the power of this poison (nicotine) and snuff companies and showing our media wanted to persuade smokers and social events can be enjoyed only a smokescreen. The more you smoke more fun to have. (And the more money you make while you're killing himself .. now thats fun) The more you use the most have been misled. They are deceived into believing that not only social events are nice but cool.

Mary has developed a tolerance and a fear of smoking cigarettes and all those addicted to nicotine. Addiction is surrounded by buzzing feeling good, hits lifts, or whatever increases a smoker seeks to achieve when inhaling poisons. Tolerance nicotine or wonderful, complex organs can support up to a point, and the fear of an illusion that life would be terrible if she decided to quit and become in a normal human being.
Mary probably was tired, maybe stressed personnel matters, enjoying the atmosphere and drinks, thinking what to wear tonight, bored, need to have a better chance to taste the beer. What was going on Mary's mind during that time life was certainly not in the eyes something called "addiction to nicotine, where the substance suggests that the more you use it, will benefit most from it"
This is the washing brain that we have in our society.
No need for a human being and Mary to live a normal and healthy for the use of cigarettes. It's the truth and I am a product of millions of others of that truth. If the string then you do smoke more than they are addicted. The good news is you can stop smoking, stop smoking chain, if you have the desire and know-how of why snuff smoke.
Cigarette smoking creates a constant need for cigarettes and the next, and then the next one. and then the next.
Break the chain and live again.
